Anyhoo, The after Christmas Leg Workout was a popular one, so let’s see if we can make it to 100.

30 Squats

30 Lunges

30 Kick Backs

40 Squats

40 Lunges

40 Kick Backs

50 Squats

50 Lunges

50 Kick Backs

Rest 60 secs in between sets

Repeat 2x

May feel the burn even more this time.

Consider this an intermediate level and lets do this!
