**Remember Arm Circles is backward and forward**

50 Push Ups

50 Tricep Dips

50 Arm Circles

60 Push Ups

60 Tricep Dips

60 Arm Circles

70 Push Ups

70 Tricep Dips

70 Arm Circles

Rest 60 secs between sets

Repeat 1-2x
