Fitness Monday: Arm Workout Part 4

Hello peeps,

First let me apologize for the lack of post last week.

Financial Accounting is to blame.

My first assignment kicked my butt and left me mentally drained.

However, even though it was hard, I loved every minute of it, which gives insight as to why the Lord steered me into accounting.

Hopefully, I can get back on track.

With blogging, I try to plan my posts in advance and worrying about my school work and my 9-5 work, I had to take a break and breathe.

I need to better strategize for the future.

In the meantime, in between time, we’re going to finish the Arm Workout series strong, because we’re reaching 100.

**Remember Arm Circles is backward and forward**

80 Push Ups

80 Tricep Dips

80 Arm Circles

90 Push Ups

90 Tricep Dips

90 Arm Circles

100 Push Ups

100 Tricep Dips

100 Arm Circles

Rest 60 secs between sets

Repeat 1-2x
